Work with two of the best goalkeeper-specific psychologists and performance coaches in football.
To goalkeepers:
Stop carrying Saturday into the next game.
It is not the mistake that costs goalkeepers their place. It is the sixty seconds after it.

- Why "just being confident" has never once worked

Read this honestly
This is for you if
- You are excellent in training, but then struggle to perform in matches.
- You dwell on mistakes and let them affect the rest of your performance.
- You play the game to avoid making mistakes and don't play with freedom.
- You are relieved when the game is over, and you never truly enjoy the match.
- You are number two, and nobody has ever given you a system to get back to number one.
- You worry about the opinions and judgement of other people, and you let criticism affect your game.
“I let mistakes bug me for 2, 3, 4, 5 days after the game. I’d be in the car on the way home, just replaying it in my mind over and over again.”
And then the game stops being fun
Overthinking in the car, lying there at night, staring at the ceiling, worrying about your next training session. The next game comes around, and you’re still playing it in your mind.
You’re no longer playing to perform, but you’re playing to avoid the next mistake. It’s exactly this mindset that cost goalkeepers their place in the team and eventually their career.
Then one day the manager names the team, and your name is not in it.

The root of it
Goalkeepers get technical solutions to a psychological problem.
You have a bad game, so you book more sessions, but the reason you had a bad game was not in your hands. It’s where your attention went after the first mistake.
More sessions, more gym work, and more time on the grass is not going to fix a mindset problem.
Learning where your attention goes, understanding how to deal with mistakes, and learning how to perform under pressure is trainable and measurable.
This is where the elite separate themselves from the average.
The system
The EDGE System
3 Protocols, not motivation, not slogans. The same three are used with a Premier League goalkeeper playing at the pinnacle of the game and a non-league goalkeeper trying to reach the top.
The Reset
What you physically do in the sixty seconds after conceding, in order, every time. Breath. Body. Cue. Ball. It takes about four seconds once it is trained and nobody watching knows you are doing it. Your defenders just see a keeper who looks the same after a goal as before one.
The Rehearsal
What you do in the week so Saturday is not a surprise. Pressure feels unbearable because it feels new, so we make it old. You rehearse the exact moments that undo you. The back pass. The cross under the lights. The crowd behind your goal.
The Review
What you do after the final whistle, which is where the learning was supposed to happen all along. A structured review turns a mistake into information. No review and it turns into identity. There is a difference between “I made a mistake” and “I am the kind of keeper who makes mistakes.”
The window is fifteen to sixty seconds. Miss it and you carry the goal for the rest of the half. Hit it and it is gone. That is why the second mistake so often arrives within ten minutes of the first, and why almost every keeper thinks that is bad luck.

Where it goes
What it looks like when it works
Goalkeepers inside The Keeper’s Edge programme and what they have achieved so far:
Finley Woodham
Came through the academy and signed his first professional deal at Charlton Athletic.
Pat Nash
Was playing step five non-league. Signed as a professional at Aldershot Town in the National League.
In their own words
“My courage has gone up. I take risks and run towards failure.”
“First time I've felt like that in maybe five years. Like playing with my brother in the backyard.”
“Now I have the tools to overcome mental blocks. I can just play freely and have fun.”
Different ages, different levels, different clubs. The same three protocols. This is not a personality thing, and you do not need to already be mentally tough. It works best on the keepers who are willing to do the work.

What you get
6 live calls a month, and everything under them
Not a video library you watch once, a virtual room you turn up to, and a real community you interact with on a weekly basis. Work with like-minded, forward-thinking goalkeepers to take your game to the next level.
One to one, inside the group
This is the part that is unusual: you bring your actual situation to a Chartered Psychologist and performance coach. You get tailored feedback, advice, and strategies to help you improve your situation. Most programmes at this price give you a course and expect you to learn on your own.
Your clips, pulled apart
Send your clips in by Thursday and have them analysed on Friday by former Premier League goalkeeping coach Martin Brennan, who worked in the Premier League at Fulham. He talks you through your clips and gives you feedback live, like you would get in a pro environment.
The EDGE System
Learn the foundations of an elite goalkeeping mindset through the EDGE System. Build self-awareness, resilience, and the skills you need to excel.
Keepers who get it
Goalkeeping is the loneliest position on the pitch. You train separately and are often isolated. In here, you are with keepers who know exactly what it's like to be in your shoes, including some further up the pathway than you.
Every call, kept
From the day you join, you have access to every previous session we have ever recorded and delivered. Someone has almost always already asked your question, and this ends up being the part people use the most.
Ask at 1am
A custom GPT built on Keval and Rob's own material and experience, for the questions that arrive the night before a game, so you get as much certainty as possible.
A month inside the programme
Six live sessions, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4pm UK. Every one recorded and kept in the library.
Pro goalkeeper Q&A
A working professional joins the call and takes your questions. Someone who played at the weekend, talking about the week he has actually had.
Q&A with Keval, Rob and Nathan Bishop
All three on the same call. Bring your game, your mistake, your manager, your trial next month, and get worked on by name.
Technical breakdown with Martin Brennan
Clips in by Thursday. Martin talks over your own footage live, the way it is done in a professional environment.
Goalkeeper mindset masterclass
One topic, taught properly. A single part of the EDGE System pulled apart, with something to take into training that week.
Goalkeeping roundtable
Open floor. Keepers from academy to first team on the same call, working through whatever the month has thrown up.
Technical breakdown with Martin Brennan
Second round of clips. Send the same situation again and see what has changed since week two.

Be honest with yourself
Who this is not for
We would rather lose you here than have you join and it not work.
It will not fix your handling
We are not goalkeeping coaches, and we are not here to correct your hand shapes, footwork, or technique. If your problem is genuinely technical, do not join. Go and get more contact time with a goalkeeping coach.
It is not therapy
If what is going on is bigger than football, we will tell you and help you find the right person.
And it will not do it for you
If you are not going to turn up, send in your clips, or try the techniques in training and games, do not join. We have watched keepers pay and never open the programme. Nothing changes, and that is not on us. It has to be you who wants to do the work.
Goalkeepers under the age of 13
In order to get maximum value out of the programme, we believe that 13 is the minimum age to understand and apply the techniques and strategies we will be giving away in this programme. This age limit is on a case-by-case basis.
Start
Ten days free
We understand that joining a new community and working with new people can be challenging. That’s why we’re giving you 10 days free inside the programme, so you can see what it’s all about.
The number one shirt is settled in the first weeks of a season, not in March. Every week you wait is another Saturday carrying the same problem into the same game. The next live call is Wednesday, and your first ten days cost you nothing.
What this normally costs
One hour with a psychologist or performance coach can cost you up to £400 per session. You get us live once a week, working on your situation and giving you tailored information. You also get access to a Premier League goalkeeping coach twice a month on a Friday. All included in the monthly price.
What a year costs
If you decide to commit to a year inside the programme, you save £375 a year. The real cost is inaction: doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results. That is the most expensive cost of your career.
- 01Ten days free. Card taken now so your access does not break on day eleven.
- 02We email you before the trial ends and before we charge you.
- 03Cancel yourself in the app in a few clicks. No email, no phone call, no retention chat.
- 04Fourteen days to change your mind after it converts, and you get your money back.
- 05Three months in, if you have done the work and nothing has moved, we refund you.
Your free trial lasts ten days from signup. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription starts automatically at £122 per month, or £1,089 per year if you choose annual billing, and renews on the same date each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
